OTHER INFO: Andy Fordham, an English Darts master, is a legendary BDO player, who has recently shifted to PDC this year. He was a member of the BDO for over 15 years from 1994 to 2008 and his best performances include the World Championship 2004, World Masters Winner 1999 victories and he has been also been semi-finalist in the World Darts Trophy 2002.

He knocked out Mervyn King in the finals of the World Championship 2004 to claim his first world title. Moreover, he has also been the semi-finalist on four occasions. The BDO legend made his stage debut in the year 1995 and made his way directly to the semi-finals. The critics expected him to grab the title, but his run was put to an end by Richie Burnett. He suffered the same fate next year at the hands of Steve Beaton, who eventually won the title. History repeated for the third time in a row, in the semi-finals of 1999, when he lost to Ronnie Baxter.
